Dawtcom find all our UK clothing ranges are truer to age than US childrenswear would be.  Ordering for the current age of the child is the best guide.   
Please note Muddy Puddles Waterproofs have a generous cut.  Ordering to your child's age normally ensures a good fit.

Delivery:

Most UK orders are normally dispatched the following day and should arrive in 4-5 days.  We will mail out to the billing address for your credit card. You should allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear. If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. We will e-mail you to advise that your item cannot be dispatched immediately. You have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait; or may wish to select another product instead. Our delivery fee for post & packing is £3.00 for mainland UK orders. Please note there are no deliveries at weekends or on Bank Holidays. Other areas/countries delivery charges are available upon request.  

Security:

Dawtcom has a safe and secure shopping system over the Internet. All your details are encrypted in the software when your order is placed. The details are only decrypted when they reach our computer network and are not held in clear text in storage mechanisms on any web-site. Personal details are only used to process your order and update you on offers/news from Dawtcom.  You may e-mail us to cancel such updates.

None of your financial details are stored and for your security you will be required to re-enter them each transaction. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system.  Our aim is to safeguard and protect your details.  

Safety:
Our toys have recommended ages, toy dimensions indicated as appropriate and all comply with European Safety Standards. Our childrenswear similarly is quality assured. Always keep babies and children's clothing away from fire. Never allow babies and children to play with polythene bags or wrappers or packaging.

Guarantee:
We are confident you will be delighted with your goods. If for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return the goods (unworn) in a resalable condition.  Please send in original packaging for exchange or refund within 14 days with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. Postage and packing and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

Please obtain  proof of postage from your Post Office when returning goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. In the unlikely event you receive faulty or damaged goods, you will be offered an immediate replacement to the same value.

Legal Statement:

Prices are subject to changes in VAT.  Prices are correct at the time of the order. We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice.  All orders for products are subject to availability.  Dawtcom retains ownership of the property in the products until full payment is made and goods dispatched. All items are exclusive of delivery and packaging.

Every care has been taken to provide accurate descriptions, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions. Dawtcom shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way.

Your use of this site and any purchase is governed by Scots Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
